Personal Branding Photographer in Seattle
Capture the essence of your brand
Your work is serious. Your visuals should be too. Personal branding photography isn't headshots, it's the complete visual language of who you are professionally. The image that runs with your Forbes profile, the portrait that opens your keynote deck, the photo your PR team reaches for when a publication comes calling.
Based in Seattle and working across New York City, Los Angeles, and beyond, Santiago Leon works with founders, artists, architects, and creative professionals whose names appear in publications, on stages, and in front of audiences that pay attention to detail.
Every session starts with a conversation about where you're going, not just what you look like today.

Frequently Asked Questions
-
Personal branding photography is a curated set of images that communicates who you are, how you work, and what you stand for — before you ever meet a potential client, collaborator, or press contact. Unlike standard headshots, a branding session produces a full visual library used across your website, LinkedIn, press features, speaking engagements, and social media. For founders, artists, and creative professionals, it's the difference between being found and being chosen.
-
If you're building a public-facing career or business — and the quality of your visual presence either opens or closes doors — then yes. This work is for founders, entrepreneurs, artists, musicians, architects, coaches, authors, and creative professionals who understand that how they appear online directly shapes how people perceive their work. If someone Googles you tomorrow, what do they find?
-
It starts with a discovery call, followed by an in-person or video consultation where we build a shot list and mood board tailored to your brand. On shoot day, we meet on location — your studio, workspace, a neighborhood that reflects your story, or an outdoor environment that fits the visual direction we've agreed on. A professional makeup artist and hair stylist are available as an optional add-on. Sessions typically run two to four hours with multiple setups and outfit changes. Afterward, you select your final images during an ordering session.
-
Wherever your brand lives. Sessions are designed around locations that reflect your work and personality. Santiago is based in Seattle and shoots regularly in New York City, Los Angeles, and Denver, and travels nationally for the right project. Past sessions have taken place in SoHo, along the Pacific Northwest coast, in urban studios, and on location across the country.

A headshot is a single image — professional, clean, functional. Personal branding photography is a visual system. It tells the story of how you think, work, and move through the world. The images are shot with intention across multiple setups, environments, and moods, producing a cohesive library rather than a single frame. For anyone whose work involves being seen, speaking, publishing, pitching, leading, the difference is significant.
-
You don't have to figure it out alone. The consultation is specifically designed to make shoot day feel natural, not stressful. Before you arrive, you'll have a clear shot list, approved locations, and a mood board that reflects your brand direction. Most clients bring two to four outfit changes. The preparation process does the heavy lifting so that on the day itself, you can just show up and be yourself.
